Innova IT S.L. is a company that offers its services from 2004. The company was founded by two young entrepreneurial, Francesc Rodon Casamitjana i Joan Francès Vilà, upper technical engineers with the main goal of that its customers become more efficient, effective and competitive thanks to automation of industrial processes.

The company initially settles in the municipal institute of economic promotion of Mataró. At first, the company focusses in service to small and medium companys of Mareseme and nearby regions but it starts to work with large companies and participate in international projects.

The recognition for market share has allowed that the company has been awarded with the Regional Government prize of Barcelona'06 (Premis Diputació de Barcelona) to the initiative with the best system of quality and to have come off finalist in the same prizes in the section of social responsability in the working conditions. However it is at present in the final straight line of the certification ISO9001 as a commitment with the quality.
